Dr Bala Kumarasingham
Bala Kumarasingham hails from Sri Lanka, in the days when it was known as Ceylon, where he gained his primary medical qualification. He has been in General Practice for more than 30 years. Bala worked as a Senior House Officer at both Wellington and Hutt hospitals, and successfuly completed post graduate studies in the United Kingdom. He was elected Member of the UK Royal College of Physicians in 1975.
After 31 years in solo practice, Bala joined Ropata Mecdical Centre as an Associate in October 2007, and is the mainstay of our branch surgery in Waterloo.
