Led by Practice Nurse Manager Michelle Day, our team of eight Registered Nurses supports the Practice’s Doctors and delivers primary healthcare services.
We offer a range of services including smear clinics, diabetic reviews, outreach services, immunisations, all aspects of health education and sexual health and, cardiovascular risk assessments.
Our Wellness Team also provide Care Plus<(a health service introduced through the PHO) for people who need to visit their Doctor or Nurse often because of significant chronic illness such as diabetes or heart disease, acute medical or mental health needs, or a terminal illness.
