A $5.00 administration fee will be added to outstanding accounts at the end of the month.
Practice Fees
The following information outlines our fees and accounts policy:
• Payment is requested at the time of service
• Payment can be made by cash, EFTPOS, cheque, MasterCard or VISA
• A $5.00 administration charge will apply to all accounts that remain unpaid at the end of the month
• Debts at the end of the second month may be referred to our debt collection agency and all associated costs will
be met by the debtor
• Where an account is outstanding, you may be required to pay before you see the Doctor or Nurse
• If you are experiencing financial difficulties please discuss alternative payment arrangements with our
Customer Accounts Clerk, Office Manager or Business Manager
Our fees and accounts policy is also displayed in the waiting area and by the cashier’s desk.

If you have a query about your account, please phone the Practice between 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday and ask to speak to the Customer Accounts Clerk.
